Messaging Terms (SMS and WhatsApp)

These Messaging Terms explain how text messaging with PreBizSys works. PreBizSys is the trade name Premier Business Systems (PreBizSys).
Note: Our text-messaging program is being set up and is not active until our registration is complete. These terms apply once text messaging is enabled. Our automated phone line is currently live, and our on-site and phone assistants are clearly labeled as automated.
1. The program
When you use the "Talk to a real person" option on prebizsys.com, or when you contact our phone line and choose to continue by text, you can give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages from PreBizSys so a real person can follow up about your question. These messages are conversational and transactional (we are replying to you about what you asked), not marketing.
2. Your consent
We send texts only after you give your consent by providing your number and agreeing to be texted. We keep a record of that consent. Giving consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. We will not enroll your number in marketing texts without your separate, written agreement.
3. Message frequency, rates, and carriers
- Message frequency: varies, based on your conversation with us.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out. After you opt out, we will not text you again unless you opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@prebizsys.com.
5. WhatsApp (optional)
If you prefer, you can choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp instead of SMS. WhatsApp is optional and is started by you (for example, by tapping "WhatsApp us," which opens your own WhatsApp to our business number). WhatsApp messages are also governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's terms.
6. Automated assistant disclosure
Our on-site assistant and our phone line are automated, and they are clearly labeled as automated. They take your details and route them to a real person; a real person follows up and confirms anything binding.
