This Privacy Policy explains what information PreBizSys collects when you visit prebizsys.com or use our services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
PreBizSys is the trade name Premier Business Systems (PreBizSys), operating the website prebizsys.com. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean PreBizSys.

1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to do the work and to run our business. The main ways we collect information:
a) When you run the free Get-Found Audit. You give us your website address and your email so we can send you your scorecard. We also record your consent to receive occasional get-found tips. The audit itself reads publicly available information about the website you submit.
b) When you receive our emails. If you opt in, we send you your scorecard and occasional get-found tips. We keep a consent record for each subscriber: your email, the date and time you signed up, where you signed up, your IP address at sign-up, the exact notice text you agreed to, and the date you unsubscribe if you do. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
c) When you become a paying customer. To set up a plan we collect your name, business details, and contact information, plus the billing information needed to charge you. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card number on our systems.
d) When you ask to talk to a real person. If you use the "Talk to a real person" option on the site, or call our automated phone line, we collect your name, your phone number, and the one-line question or message you leave, so a real person can reach you. Our phone line and on-site assistant are automated; they are clearly labeled as automated, and a real person follows up. If you choose to receive a text reply, we record your consent to be texted. e) Automatically, when you browse the site. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information through analytics and server logs: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring links, and similar usage data, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect more than we need.
2. Why we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Run and return your free audit and show you your results.
- Send the emails you asked for, and provide the services you sign up for.
- Take payment, send receipts, and handle billing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Reach you when you ask to talk to a real person.
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
3. The service providers we share information with
We use a small set of established service providers ("processors") to run the business. They only receive the information they need to do their part, and we ask them to use it only to provide their service to us. Our current providers:

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Essential: to make the site work (for example, to remember your session).
- Analytics: to understand how visitors use the site, through Google Analytics 4.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it: for active subscribers and customers, for as long as your relationship with us is active; for everyone else, for a reasonable period after your last activity, and longer where the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). You can ask us to delete your information as described below.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we hold, to access or correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it. Some business-owner information (such as a name, mobile number, or photo) can be personal information under California law even in a business context.
To the extent these laws apply to us, and as a matter of good practice, we honor these rights for everyone. To make a request, contact us at privacy@prebizsys.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Text messaging and your phone number
If you give us your phone number and agree to be texted, we use it to reply to you about your question. We treat these as conversational, transactional messages, not marketing. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Full details, including the carrier disclosures, are in our Messaging Terms. Our text-messaging program is still being set up and is not active until our registration is complete; our automated phone line is already live. Our automated phone and chat assistants are clearly labeled as automated.
8. Children
The site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (such as Stripe for payments) for the parts they handle. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top, and significant changes will be made clear on this page.
